A person reviews every claim by hand, and we email you a password when it is approved.

Your proof stays private
Your name, your address and your proof file are read by the person reviewing your claim and by nobody else. Only what you later choose to publish about the business appears.
Numbers stay Google’s
You can correct the facts about your business. You cannot change a rating, hide a review or buy a placement — and neither can anyone else.

Submitting stores what you send while a person reviews it, and emails you the decision. Your IP address is not kept — it becomes a one-way code, so an abusive script can be told apart from an owner.
