Tell us which page, what it says, and what is wrong with it. If the error is ours — a mis-matched website, a company shown in the wrong town, a quote attributed to the wrong business — we correct it in the next build and say nothing further about it, because fixing mistakes is not a favour.

If the complaint is about the numbers themselves, know that they are Google’s: the star breakdown, the review count, and the rating on a company’s page here are read from the company’s own Google listing. We cannot change them, and a company that wants them changed is asking the wrong website.

Reviewers sometimes state something as fact about a company other than the one they are reviewing, most often about who owns or operates whom. We do not edit review text. The moment we start rewriting what customers wrote, none of it is worth reading. What we will do is print your correction beside it: your account of it, attributed to you, dated, and marked as something we have not checked. Tell us the page, the sentence, and what is actually the case.

You did not apply to be here and you cannot pay to leave, move up, or look better. Listing follows one rule — Google categorises the business as a solar company — and applies to everyone or no one. What you can do is what any company can: answer your one and two star reviewers on Google, and the numbers here will follow.
