  Please save yourself the headache, and the money, and call anyone else. Nick and his son come across as a friendly, experienced, family oriented team. The truth is that they don't know what they're doing. They are incompetent. I will never use them again as either solar or electric contractors again. They pitch being cheaper than the competition, but if you use A National Electric, you should set aside the time and money to have everything they touch completed correctly by someone else.

  Charged. 94 year old woman $298 to replace two receptors it should have taken 5 minutes but it took an hour, charged 98 to walk in $122 Because it took 1.25 hours but he had to go to the store for parts which he should have had them in the first place!! I told him on the phone exactly what she needed. Disgusting that they took advantage

  Did a wonderful job installing a new inverter and repairing our existing panels. Will definitely come back to Nick next time we need some work done. Highly recommend.

  We had a solar system failure which turned out to be caused because an incorrect circuit breaker was originally installed with our solar panels. It required the replacement of the entire circuit breaker box. Fortunately, we serviced by a knowledgeable, hard working electrician. Nick Porretto, who correctly diagnosed the problem, attained permits, coordinated with the electric company and ordered and installed the new equipment. In addition, the inspector said we had to have a an updated grounding system which required Nick to do additional work outside the scope of his original task. Nick is a
