Its one and two star share is 11 points above the typical installer in Nebraska. Across Nebraska, 3 of the 13 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Nebraska whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. American Energy Advisors is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Bought a new system in August 2018 and just found out that they are no longer in business. No notice or anything sent to customers. Now trying to find out if we have issues with our system if another company will service it since this place is now out of business. Another reason why I am giving a one star review is because of how bad the install was. I told Joe that when the new system was installed that it needed to be air tight (as any system should be) and wanted to make sure there wasn't air that got around the filter since I have allergy problems. I was reassured that it would be. I kept

These guys started out strong and were very responsive to calls. After 3 weeks of leaving messages with them, I am exceptionally disappointed and a bit concerned that some service work that has been left undone will ever get completed. Are you guys still in business??

I think they have gone out of business. They have stopped responding to emails and phone calls.

Had two guys from AEA come out to see what was wrong with my AprilAir humidifier. Took them all of two minutes to find the problem and fix it. They were both friendly and personable, and willingly an- swered all my questions. These guys were great, and would highly recommend them. AEA will be getting my business from now on.

We have been using these guys the past couple of years for our HVAC needs and every time I'm blown away by their professionalism and knowledge. They take time to explain everything that is going on and what it will take to fix the issue. Also should add they are very timely, always on time and super quick at diagnosing the issue. Highly recommend

Had no heat when I left my house and was toasty when I got home. AWESOME response and treatment.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Elkhorn is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
