  Scott is fantastic!! He answered the main Appalachian Renewable Resources phone number, and I explained that my system was installed by a company no longer in business. Scott asked about the kind of system I had, which included SolarEdge, which he works with. I explained what was working and that there was no connection to the utility. Scott walked me through the components on my system that could explain the problem. I took a picture of the utility connection box and Scott identified the problem right away and explained how to fix it. So with Scott's help over the phone, I was able to fix the

  Scott is fantastic. The solar system on my home stopped functioning correctly and the business that installed it is no longer in business. Called Scott who took the time to see if I could fix it while he talked me through it, however found out inverter needs replacing. Now he is going to adjust his schedule to fix it in a timely manner.
