Appleton Energy Systems

Each mark is one company we hold in West Virginia whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Appleton Energy Systems is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. The electrician was professional, on time, and incredibly knowledgeable. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed right away. What stood out the most was how reliable and efficient the whole process was-no delays, no hassle, just excellent work. It’s such a relief to know I can count on them for any future electrical service calls. Highly recommend anyone looking for fast, dependable service.

Appleton’s electricians brought out home from the 20th century to the 21st century. They spent several weeks updating our home’s entire electrical system and got everything to work perfectly and with state of the art technology. We attempted to get our problems addressed with several of the big name companies in NOVA, but only the electricians with Appleton were able to get things done fully and right. Thank you, and we highly recommend Appleton!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

  “services with a 10-year workmanship warranty and a 25-year product manufacturing…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Martinsburg is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
