Its one and two star share is 5 points above the typical installer in Arizona. Across Arizona, 89 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 50 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

AVOID AT ALL COST. They shipped me a stove and fridge with missing parts and damage. Over four months, 37 emails and dozens of calls (from a number that ended up being shut off months later) they told me I could ship it back at my own expense for a refund. When it arrived they responded I must have "stripped it myself". Clearly this was a scam and I was out 2k and no appliances. I have photos, emails, receipts, and all communications saved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY OR TAKE ADVICE FROM BEN. NOTHING WE HAVE EVER BOUGHT FROM HIM HAS BEEN IN AN UNOPENED BOX. HE HAS NO CLUE ABOUT SOLAR. HE WON'T DO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. HE WILL TRY TO UPSALE ON STUFF YOU DONT NEED. PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR SOLAR NEEDS.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“manufacturers, and more. Today, with over 20 years in business and thousands of…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under appliance repair.
  • It posts on YouTube, Pinterest and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
