Over three months ago, our company submitted multiple solar installation projects through Better Earth Solar. Under the terms of our agreement, Better Earth Solar was responsible for processing and remitting payments associated with these projects. To date, we have only received a partial payment for these jobs. No detailed accounting, payment breakdown, or reconciliation has been provided for any of the three projects, despite multiple requests. Additionally, Better Earth Solar incorrectly charged our account for materials that were associated with another client’s project. This error has bee

I decided to go solar mainly because of rising electricity bills, and after researching a few providers, I chose this company. They weren’t the cheapest option, but they seemed more reliable, and that turned out to be true. The panels look neatly installed and don’t affect the appearance of my house as much as I feared. What I appreciated most was their follow-up after installation—they checked if everything was working properly and if I had any questions. That level of customer care made a difference. So far, everything is running smoothly without any complaints.

The Florida group for Better Earth is amazing. They were professional and answered any questions we had fast and accurate. Don’t think twice.

The system I had installed was engineered slightly short of the required power needs for our home due to the fact I wasn't able to provide 12 months’ worth of electric usage to their engineers for design purposes. When I approached Better Earth Solar to re-engineer the system, after several months they finally responded back indicating I would need 3 more panels. I was satisfied with that response, however, was told they couldn't do less than 8 panels, possibly 6 and I'd more than likely need a second inverter, and I’d have to purchase the panels. Since they said they couldn't make any changes

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It posts on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
