    I've never had any associations with this company other than one of their guys in their company truck driving by our landscaping company in Beulah(1pm on a Saturday)yelling his unwanted advice out the window about our equipment being too big for the area. Extremely unprofessional.

    Had a good conversation with the salesperson. Then when I followed up, CBS ghosted me. Now I'm scrambling to try to get in elsewhere before the tax credit goes away.

    They came out to assess my house to provide a quote and never even followed through with a quote. I reached out multiple times essentially begging for a quote with no response.

    Overall, it was a decent experience. There was some miscommunication at the beginning, and a lag in response time. I wish that I would have been given more information for home power storage. They did a great job installing the panels on my garage roof. I went with a smaller system than what my house requires, but it takes off a decent chunk of our electric bill.

    All of the CBS Solar Team my wife & I dealt with, Kelley (Sales), Doc, Scott, Derek, Tom (Installers), Vicki & Jesse (Permitting), and Devon (Engineering) were absolutely wonderful. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. Our 6.6 KW roof-mounted Solar Power System was installed earlier than expected and even cost a bit less than quoted. The installation was so well done, it got the Final Electrical Inspection approval, the day it was completed, w/o needing a Rough Electrical Inspection approval first! The System was generating the maximum projected 6.6 KW, even on ma
