Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in Utah. Across Utah, 100 of the 167 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 31 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Eave Construction is an expert in the roofing and solar industry that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a roofing contractor. Spencer is a great and friendly guy that makes the process seamless. 10/10!

We've enjoyed working with Owen Christensen and the Eave Construction team on multiple projects. They are professional, organized, and great communicators. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident in every project. We highly recommend Eave Construction and look forward to continuing our partnership.

Shane did an amazing job on my roof. He beat most contractors by thousands, went above and beyond to fix my roof, stayed in budget, and cleaned up when they finished. He also finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Eave Construction.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Murray is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
