  The sales person for Ellensburg Solar did a great job. He was very thorough and their pricing was very good. What happened after that is a joke. My panels have been sitting on my roof for at least three months and I recently found out that they had forgotten to call the City of Spokane to call for an inspection. Multiple calls to the company as well as emails have resulted in very limited to no communication. I have called and emailed the office manager who is responsible for the follow up on the permitting process and she has not returned my calls and has not returned my email. I want my pane

  We hired Ellensburg Solar for a residential solar installation. The installation workmanship itself appeared clean and professional. However, the issue was not workmanship—it was documentation and process. During the project, multiple material substitutions were made without written change orders or documented authorization prior to installation. These included changes to solar panel brand and quantity, microinverter count, combiner configuration, load center, and breaker types (including missing AFCI/GFCI protection that was part of the original scope).   They were great to work with. Their price was better than others. However i have had problems with my micro inverters and every year i lose 8 to 12 panels amd it takes more than a month to get them fixed. They also seem to go out in the summer when i should be getting the most out of the panels. I have 8 out right now and they have been out for more than a month.

  My dad and mom own an off-grid piece of property in Moses Lake and I mean it’s out there. Not only did Ryan, Mac and Hailey coordinate an effort to install their solar system, they made multiple trips out to the property to educate my parents on the system if needed. I am posting this because my parents asked me to and because I am impressed at their efforts put forth as a company. Personally, going way off-grid is a lot for me effort wise when I visit, but doing it as a company could be taxing and Ellensburg Solar did not falter. Great job!

  I got into a situation with a contractor who was not able to really install a solar panels system. Ellensburg Solar was able to fit me in and Guarantee everything! Thanks Ellensburg Solar and especially Hailey!
