  I've had the panels for 5 years, but in the last few months, half of them haven't been working. I've called, and they take forever to answer. They fix the problem, and it happens again. Meanwhile, I'm paying very high electricity bills and losing money. The saleswomen who handled the deal with me (Rafaelina and Sandra) don't answer their phones. I only receive messages telling me to call a number to report the problem. Once they finally answer, they say they'll schedule an appointment, but they never call back. My recommendation: don't install the panels; it's a waste of money.

  I have a bigger bill now than any power bill l ever received in the past. I'm going to have to file Bankruptcy. They financialy ruined me.

  After trying to reach Equity Solar several times via phone and email. A technician showed up at my door without communication of when he was going to show up. The technician was very nice but the communication (between CS and Customer) is horrible. No one answers the customer service number for Equity Solar, you have to leave a message but no one calls you back. I only gave three stars mainly because of the two technicians that came out to my home and fix the problem were very nice and very professional.

  I want to leave this review for Alex Morris, a technician from Equity Solar, who successfully completed the connection of the circuits to the battery of my solar system today. Alex took the time to verify and check that each connection was perfect. Equity Solar should have more technicians with this level of skill and professionalism.
