Its one and two star share is 14 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 322 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Initially, when the sale was being made everything seemed professional and smooth and legitimate. I expressed my concerns as I’ve had past experiences with Solar installation providers that were worse than used car salesman, to a T this happened to me again with this company. once the owner was paid, he faded away and then soon enough never responded thereafter when there were issues to resolve with the installation, timeline or obligations that he committed illume solar too. Steven is an independent sales rep, this is his own company. when things started to need his attention, he simply said

Flo-solar was great to work with. Taylor was always easy to get a hold of and kept on top of every aspect of the project, from the roof replacement to the panel installation. Highly recommended.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Laguna Hills is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
