If I could give a zero star I would I had David as my sales person at first was alright we signed the papers then it started going down hill the site surveyor broke our closet shelfs the installers left out gate open and let our dogs out and then when we got fed up and confronted David things got weird he started stalking me and my neighbors when we asked to speak to his boss at first he said he didn't have one then gets some random guys to call and cusses and yells at me for voicing our problems then I get ahold of freedom forever to get his boss on my own and finally get in touch with the GM

Updated - Tried to get help from customer service for an interconnection issue for 3 months, with multiple phone calls and emails. Got vague "we're working on it" messages. Finally I wrote a bad review here and complained to BBB. Within 3 hours I had a real response. Within a couple of days the issue was resolved. Happy to get the help I needed, but why did it take such measures to get it?

When I first went with Freedom Forever, I was told that any point I wanted to cancel, there would be no issue or financial obligation. Several weeks back after reading some reviews, I became very uncomfortable and decided to cancel the project. The first person I contacted was the sales rep and he was relentless and trying to talk us back into staying on track with the project. He wasn’t listening to me so I went to the project manager and asked for him to cancel it and he told me he would. Then he informed me to reach out to the loan company and make sure that they were aware of the cancellat

Not to impressed with company yet. Didn't have duck's in a row. Before put on roof. 2 months later still not done.

Freedom Forever has been nothing but fantastic. Very informative, very thorough and overall one of the best companies we have ever dealt with while establishing our new home setup. Crew Furisoa came out today to install our solar panels and made sure I understood what would be happening while they were here. I was so happy with their quick work and the crew’s demeanor while here on the job. I will be recommending this company to EVERYONE.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
