  I will revise this review. I was able to speak to a representative. It still took nearly a year for the installation to be completed. The system works. The interconnection has been completed. However, I still need to close a few loops, especially clarifying ongoing support, especially firmware updates. From what I can tell, firmware updates should be installed annually, and end users are not authorized to do so. There is no customer support feature on the Genesis website.   I have been waiting on the completion of my solar power installation since February 2025. The company inadvertently placed panels in the wrong place (against HOA policy). They have failed to remove hardware on the roof. They did not connect the system because they were waiting on a dongle. There have been 6 project managers on our installation and none of them reliably retired calls or produced a plan.

  I honestly can’t recommend Genesis Solar Power enough. William was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, from financing options to expected savings and how the system would operate after installation. The installation crew was punctual, efficient, and respectful. The whole process went smoothly, and everything was delivered exactly as promised.

  From beginning to end, my experience with Genesis Solar Power was excellent. Amy was amazing to work with, she answered all our questions, kept us updated, and made sure the entire installation went smoothly. The crew was professional and neat, and the final result looks fantastic. My electric bill has already dropped significantly. I highly recommend Genesis Solar Power.

  Genesis Solar Power truly impressed me. Amanda was exceptional, responsive, friendly, and extremely helpful. She guided me through the entire process, helped me understand tax credits and savings, and followed up regularly until the installation was complete. The installation team was efficient and respectful of our property. This was a stress-free experience thanks to the excellent team.
