Its one and two star share is 2 points below the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 399 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 22 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I can't say enough about Christian Almanza! He blew me away with his knowledge on the business he's in, top notch. But what really sealed the deal is him as a person. Very respectful, kind and humble to a fault; felt like I'd known him all my life even though we'd just met. Good man and a good friend which he's now considered by myself! Respectfully Roy Bryan.

Cristian was an absolute gem during our interaction. He took the time to understand my specific needs and recommended the perfect plan without any pressure. His knowledge is impressive. Cristian's enthusiasm and expertise shone through, making the entire process not only smooth but also enjoyable. To sum it all up: If you're looking for a top notch internet & phone service and a fantastic salesperson who truly cares about your needs, look no further than Cristian with AT&T!

Cristian was so nice and respectful during our very quick visit! I know I can rely on him if I ever need anything!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Corpus Christi is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
