One of the worst experiences. The design submitted was not what was installed. The crew installing the brackets and panels were not capable of handling the pitch. I brought the issues up and had concerns that no fall protection was being used. I said that someone would fall. My roofers had to install the brackets for greenlogic. During panel installation one of the greenlogic installers fell off the roof, the ladder landed in my pool and punctured the liner. The installer was taken to the hospital, i was told he was ok. The installers dented the new roof vent and ripped the asphalt on many of

I've had two solar systems installed by GreenLogic, and one that my parent's had installed. Very professional installers and they are wonderful people to work with. Responsive via emails and the system works flawlessly. I recommend them to everyone. My solar panels produce exactly what they said they would. I haven't had any issues with the system.

When I was investigating adding solar panels to my roof, I met with several different installers and Brian at Green Logic was by far the most knowledgeable on the industry. He understood what type of panels I wanted, how many panels were needed to cover my electrical needs, and ensured the design and layout of adding solar panels to my roof were visually appealing and not an eye sore like most installations are. The installation went smoothly and the customer support has been there when needed. I'm very happy to have added solar and used Green Logic.

GreenLogic Energy has installed two Solar Panel systems for me over the past decade. They have administered when a recall / defective parts issue arose on the first system. They have also kept me informed about the changes and what needed to be completed when SunPower when under. They are not afraid to let a customer know that a system will not be worth the cost due to location / site constraints.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“on solar added value, and zero-down financing options. Award-Winning. NYSERDA-Certified.”

Its website also mentions free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
