Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Missouri. Across Missouri, 57 of the 114 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 9 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

I’ve hired Jake at HelioFlux for years and for dozens of projects. HelioFlux is meticulous, customer-focused, and consistently goes above and beyond on their projects. They care deeply about the work and making sure customers are truly satisfied. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HelioFlux to anyone looking for dependable, knowledgeable solar pros who stand behind their work.

These guys are great! They were extremely knowledgeable about every detail. They gave me a very fair price, communicated well throughout the entire process, showed up when they said they would and did an amazing job. They treated my build like it was their own. Great people!! Great service!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under roofing. A company that does both roofing and solar can handle the roof work a panel install often needs.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Joplin is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
