Tesla Energy formerly known as SolarCity has been avoiding me and not resolved extensive damage to my home cause by their Solar panels. On August 13, 2022 my solar panels caught fire to my roof. Numerous fire trucks showed up to put the fire out and there is water damage to my home, as well as holes in my roof. This caused extensive damage to my roof, panels, and home. State Farm my homeowners insurance sent an electrical engineer out to inspect and they determined the panels caused the fire. The chief of the fire company as well as the Allegheny County fire Marshall has determined the panels

I am wondering why my payment goes up each month. My "energy advisor" seems to have flown the coop. Don't deal with SC. Not worth the hassle. I may be getting it removed soon. Customer service is poor. When you ask a question it is double talk.

Deciding to switch to solar power has been the best decision I have ever had to mak . Solar city was and has been super helpful and the customer service has been phenomenal. The only issue I had when having the solar panels turned on was between my electric company and the borough I live in. Those two couldn't seem to get it togethe . Now that I've had the panels on my roof for two years they have saved us a considerable amount of money Thank you Solar Cit .

Solar City exceeded our expectations! The system was set up about a year ago, and has made almost 100% of clean green energy for our home. I still can't believe most people have not joined the solar band wagon; I just told my daughter who is moving to Florida to call Solar City and go renewable energy. The was the best home improvement we made in almost 25 years living here in Pittsburgh.

Our experience with Solar City so far has been phenomenal. We are in the leasing program, so we paid literally zero dollars for the 22 panels we are having installed. In addition, Solar City reinforced our rafters for us for free, just to be sure that the roof could hold the weight of the panels! They even repaired some minor existing damage to our roof and flashing - again, FOR FREE. Hell, even the review on here stating the workers were on the roof in the rain strikes me as wrong, because our installation was supposed to be finished today but couldn't proceed because they got rained out. What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
