The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 26 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

This company does not stand by their product. It was installed in June of 2022. If I could give zero stars I would. WE have lost so much money because we are not producing the electricity.Twice for over a month and MANY times for a week or more it has been inoperative. We have to be vigilant about checking our email because they email to tell you it's not working. It takes forever to get them to understand that it is imperative that it be working. You can't actually speak to the person at Direct Solar, you have to go through a third party. The techs come out and "fix" it and it goes out again

We were mislead by this group regarding solar power. After 9 months we are still paying $75 and up to FPL. BEWARE!!

If you want a lower power bill than FPL, then give them a call.

My monthly electric bill is actually lower now than what I used to pay with FPL. Really happy with how everything turned out.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“very little upkeep. The workmanship warranty from Higher Power Solar covers you if…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram, Facebook and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
