  **Important Considerations Before Choosing Your Solar Panel Company** Before you make a decision on which solar panel company to choose, I recommend reading this. Like many of you, I extensively researched and reviewed various companies before selecting Iconic. If I had written this review before the installation, I would have given them five stars. However, my experience has drastically changed post-installation, leading me to rate them just one star.   This year I had my roof replaced. The roofing company hired an electrician to remove and reinstall the solar system, but that electrician didn't do it correctly. Iconic came out and I OFFERED TO PAY Iconic to reinstall the system correctly. Iconic told me they would not reinstall the system, voided my warranty and told me they will no longer monitor my system. I believe they handled this situation unprofessionally and were a bit punitive. I would not recommend them, nor will I do business with them again.

  Good experience . . . I was very involved in the original layout and Iconic paid attention to my requirements. There was a small hiccup with scheduling but we worked it out. The system has only been up for a couple of weeks so we still need to work thru the initial billing cycles with ComEd and recover the incentives which should be complete in December. Great work, Iconic.

  Overall a great company to deal with. Their pricing was by far the best relative to quotes I have received over the years. The crew that installed my system was great and accommodated a last minute change request on the inverter location. Was happy that the inverter was installed inside along with all the conduit for a cleaner look.
