Its one and two star share is 8 points above the typical installer in St Cloud. Across Florida, 214 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 13 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in St Cloud whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Innova Home Improvements is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

What reviewers said

High pressure deceptive door to door sales (solar, but they act like their with your energy company), trying to convince you they are here for "part 2" of a program they insist you're "already" signed up for. Acted like we were the weird ones for asking her to leave our property.

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my solar panels with Jose from Innova Home Improvements. He was very knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to explain every step of the process. The installation went smoothly, and I’m already seeing the benefits on my energy bill. Highly recommend to anyone considering going solar!

Jose Velazquez gave us an excellent demonstration of the solar and water equipment. He has several alternatives to make home improvements and we think is much easy to do Improvements when have all in just one service.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. St Cloud is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
