Update -3/2026 A few months ago my system stopped working. No longer was anything being reported. My inverter said no wi-fi. I tried contacting invaleon several different times and ways, absolutely no response. Fortunately I was able to fix the issue myself (if you have this issue you might need to replace the trendnet powerline plugs). Hope this helps someone. Lowered my initial review though due to no customer service I found Invaleon very easy to work with. The price they gave me was very competitive and their products they used(panels and inverters) were great. There was some issues with c

Horrible company & communication, no responses, no feedback, no follow ups. No client appreciation or satisfaction. Extremely unprofessional, Will leave you hanging in the wind, and leave your project on hold forever.I would really question this companies activities. If you try to make any progress come about you will be left waiting forever.

Iva had my system for 5 yrs, recently I had issues with my system not reporting online. I called the customer service line to invaleon and reached an answering service who then told me somebody would reach out to me. A third-party company reached out to me via email stating that I needed to sign a new contract with them where they had a minimum of a $300 service fee just to come out and take a look at the system regardless of what was wrong. At no point did invaleon let me know that they were no longer servicing their own equipment or systems that they installed and were now farming this out t

I am updating my review. My last breakdown of the system was in November 2025. After many months of emails back and forth my system was back on in February 2026. Tom was very helpful trying to help me solve my issues. I asked him to please send someone out to help me. He actually came to my house and fixed the system by switching a few things out. System is working and hoping it will continue. I really hope that Invaleon will start stepping up to help others as well. I can give Tom a 5 star review. For the company I can move my stars to 3 stars. I feel that they need to get our trust back. Irr

Invaleon installed my solar panels back in 2022 and we've been consistently thrilled with the process of buying them and having them installed and they years of electricity. Most importantly when we shopped was their warranty. We recently had a problem with the inverter, which converts the solar energy to electricity. With their help and assistance, and a bit of persistent contact on my own to the producer of the inverter, it finally came and they were able to get it installed and it's up and running again. It's awesome to deal with a company that stands behind what they sell and they follow t

We got our solar panels through Invaleon a few years ago and they have been great. The folks at Invaleon were very knowledge about the process of getting a solar loan and about what the estimated savings would be. The installation process was also the easiest home improvement project that I have ever experienced. After the installation, they have been very helpful with answering any questions that we might have and troubleshooting the few issues that we have had with the product. I would most definitely recommend Invaleon.

Fantastic service even given hard situations like when the vendor didn't get back to him for weeks on a replacement that is under warranty!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“us to offer the highest standards of warranty at favorable pricing and…”
  • Licensed

“and safety. Invaleon engineers are licensed in the respective states that we…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
