    Technician came to my house and tripped my breaker and actually caused damage to get it stuck in the off position. Left me without power for nearly 24 hours. Had zero communication from the HQ after many calls and tickets open. I actually got an email from the service manager saying “I see you’re calling but I’m the only one here and busy”. After repeated call attempts and emails, their response is to only email back saying they’re not at fault for anything and can’t send anyone back over to reassess. If you’re looking for awful customer service and lack of communication, look no further. Thes

    Service performed very well and timely. My technician, Orlando was polite, friendly, and efficient. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I was not told what my charge was going to be on my invoice for parts. They were just a few common pvc parts wirh no price listed, so i signed the invoice assuming a nominal charge for parts (my mistake for not asking.) A week later my credit card was charged about 10 times what those parts cost in a store. I expected a nominal upcharge but they should have been up front on the cost.

    I bought my home with solar, but didn't know anything about the system. The team at IQ was very helpful. Jeremy explained everything and they even left me a print out report. Very happy with the price and overall experience.

    Had the annual service performed by a very professional technician. Meticulously inspected and cleaned all panels leaving them spotless!!! Would have the same service performed next yr!!

    IQ POWER installed my solar water heater system over 10 years ago. This system has saved me thousands of dollars in electricity cost and has more than paid for itself. Recently I needed the solar water heater serviced. I found customer-service and service manager extremely friendly, cooperative and efficient. The technicians were also reliable and very professional. I highly recommend this company.
