  This company is a Scam, they installed a metal roof and solar Panels in my house, they actually did not do any of the work, they contract a 3rd party for each and every one of the jobs, the roof they closed the vent of my gas water heater, we ended up breathing the co2 for almost 4 days I had to call Teco and they shut off my gas, the totally lied about the savings of the solar panels I hardly get 40% of my electric from the panels which were totally over prized I have not been able to get the tax refund from the irs, just now my insurance was denied because a breaker panel they installed was

  I hired My State Energy (Todel Construction Inc.) in July 2025 for impact windows, doors, HVAC, and attic insulation — financed through GoodLeap for $41,879. I have made every payment on time. Despite this, the contractor filed a $41,879 lien against my property claiming they were never paid. GoodLeap says funds were sent to a third party (Bracket Solar), who is now unreachable. As a senior citizen, I am now stuck with a lien clouding my property title due to a payment dispute I had no part in. My home and financial security are at risk through no fault of my own.   This company is a total SCAM, DO NOT use this company!!!! If I could write in here 1,000 times DO NOT USE this company, it would still not be enough. This company sells you on high efficiency products for your home and telling you that you can safe hundreds of dollars on your utility bills, that is the first lie. They also sell you on tax credits for the products, that is the second lie. When the representative came to my house, he told me all this and I said, it is too good to be true. I asked how would the IRS know that I did this work at my house, all he said, "you just need to tell them",
