Owen was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout our entire process. He was easily accessible and very helpful. He was true to his word. We didn't think we could put solar panels on our roof due to the amount of trees that needed to be removed and the fact that we had a metal roof. Owen and Earthlight made this all happen for us. We are up and running and very happy.

This company exceeded my expectations! From my first meeting with Greta as a "cold call" to my last interaction, she has been professional and, frankly, delightful! She was at my home every step of the way or an easy phone call to ask questions. I received electrical upgrades to the house and 11 trees taken down, with zero cost to me! New England Energy Solutions (Greta!) made this entire experience seamless. I really cannot say enough about how easy this entire process has been. Thank you!!

Recently completed solar installation with Matt and New England Energy. All involved were highly knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend this group of professionals to any one planning to go solar!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Licensed

“maintenance, and repairs done by licensed pros. Book a Service Visit Install…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It posts on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. South Windsor is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
