Its one and two star share is 18 points above the typical installer in Utah. Across Utah, 33 of the 167 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 20 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Only reason there is one star is because I was unable to give zero stars. This company is extremely predatory and will not stand behind the products they install or recommend for installation. They will nickel and dime you to death with the issues you will inevitably have with the products they use and install.

I have been waiting months for them to fix my solar system and now they won’t return any of my calls or emails. You would think after spending a ton of money they would work with you when you have issues, but no they ignore you so you get to pay money to the power company and for useless solar system. Very disappointed

Very unprofessional company to work with. We've been dealing with them for several months (July 2021 to now), after waiting for approval from our city, we finally got the panels installed in October, then waited several more weeks for inspection. We are at a stand still as they've installed some equipment incorrectly holding up our power company from putting the meters in and now they won't answer our phone calls or emails.

Solarwholesale.com and Next Energy Alliance have been fabulous to work with throughout my solar project! Our build was pretty large. 38, 320w panels which I installed in 3 locations on my roof. Since my installation and final inspection late December 2020 the system has been working fantastically! Currently (May 2021 PNW Area) we're producing, on average more then our daily usage for our home. I am super excited for more data at the end of the year. I would recommend Solarwholesale.com and Next Energy Alliance highly for your diy renewable energy needs! 10 STARS!

Next Energy Alliance had a raffle for 2 Jazz tickets, and I signed up. And, guess what?!?! I won! I am grateful that NEA is still taking care of me even 6 months after my purchase. What a nice gesture! Thanks Next Energy Alliance!

Working with Kerry Bray was great. When I needed some help he was always able to help or find someone else. When I called he was always good to talk to. I will refer anyone who is looking to have solar installed or would want to do it their shelves. I have only had my system on for a few days and everything is working as I thought it would. Thanks for your help.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Midvale is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
