  Under bidded my solar panels....still getting high bills. When they reached out they said they could see my system under performing and the guys told me it was underbid. He said they could fix at a discounted rate and would reimburse me for my light bills I paid if I left a good google review and signed. Before signing....I read the financial papers and that discounted fix would cost me additional 40K. Needless to say I didnt sign and then everything from Nexus went radio silent.   I’m very pleased with how everything turned out! We had a few delays however Johnny Gallegos, Kevin and Peter worked very diligently to resolve!

  My point of contact Steve was very helpful and thorough. Installation was done well and timely. Their initial inspection somehow failed to notice or mention severe damage to the outdoor meter base which I wasn't informed of until the power company did their inspection after installation was done, and I had to pay $1500 to have an electrician replace that, but other than that oversight, I'm satisfied with my experience.

  Absolutely amazing! The Nexus team arrived here at 8:00 in the morning at 12:00 they turn my system on with 19 panels and it was cranking on low power and they were cleaned up and out of here at 12:30 p.m. The system has gotten better every day that it has been installed. I am exporting lots of energy to Duke! So I should have a very low electrical bill. Can't wait to see what this will do in the summer!
