Its one and two star share is 19 points above the typical installer in the Casselberry area. Across Florida, 96 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 10 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Casselberry area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Nova Home Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Terrible company. Stay Away! Did our install after convincing us to change companies we originally signed up with. What a nightmare. I found out they stole my permit information from a respectable company I originally went with. I regret agreeing to speak to them after they showed up at my home. They ruined my roof and now I have leaks after every rainy day! I call Wesley and the company everyday but they never return my calls. They finally call back just to say I have to call my insurance, that they are not responsible. They are terrible to deal with. I will have my lawyers deal with them mov

Came to my house on the weekend with a very pushy salesmen. First thing I told him I was not interested in solar. He proceeded to tell me he’s not selling solar then starts to try and sell me solar, along with other misleading facts and figures. I told him 3 times to leave. Typical shady tactics by solar industry.

Seeing our electric bill increasing just became more and more exhausting. So my husband and I decided to solve the problem instead of just complaining. Got multiple quotes Nova Home was the best. Didn’t waste my time like all the other solar reps. Should have just went straight to them! Happy with our installation and it was quick. Would easily recommend to anyone.

NovaHome offers amazing customer service and provides extensive knowledge about the solar industry and it’s benefits that’s easy to understand to the average homeowner. My parents and I were extremely pleased with their savings and installation was quick and easy. Love being part of the NovaHome family!!!!

Great experience with Nova homes solar. Mr Nguyen came to my house and showed me and my wife how to qualify. The guys that did the install of the panels left my yard clean after they finished. Had a couple questions after but they were able to answer them

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
