So if your getting a system and there is a problem after you get it they won't fix it. Be prepared to get the runaround. Last time the problem was when named star , they left holes in my roof so when it started raining water was running from the roof to the kitchen. This time they didn't seal the battery compartment correctly and the rain flooded up the batteries with short circuit , the house

We had a great experience with Off The Grid Energy for our residential solar installation in Fort Worth, Texas. From the beginning, their team took the time to explain how the solar panel system would work for our home, what we could expect from the installation process, and how switching to solar could help reduce our dependence on rising electricity rates. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the installation team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. We especially appreciated having our questions answered clearly instead of feeling pressured

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Midlothian is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
