  DO NOT USE! Our circuit board was brand new. We bought it from the supply house for less than $300. A tech came out, damaged it and said we needed a new one. Naturally they had to provide theirs. The incompetence at this company is off the charts. They will not give you an itemized invoice because they don't want you to see how bad you're being ripped off. 6 months later I ask if I can find out what was warrantied. They send me an invoice that shows they charged $664 for the part. Paying that much for a part your tech damages is absolutely insane. You received $1000 to replace a part that was

  My wife and I were very disappointed in our last service with Penntech. We have used them for the last 12 years to service our HVAC and never had an issue with them. So when our AC went out this last time they were the first people that we called. Long story short they charged us $600 an hour in labor and a 600 percent markup on freon. If this is how they treat their loyal customers I would hate to see how they treat everyone else.

  They haven't done anything yet. The first guy, Lazaro was fine. The last guy Nicholas M. reeked of cigarettes and stunk up the whole basement.

  Technician arrived a day early to remove broken systems. That allowed installation of new systems & AC to happen much earlier in the day. All the technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and kept work areas clean. They were able to explain the work done & how the system is different than the old one. They also made recommendations on the most efficient settings to run the new system at during the summer vs winter in a way that was easy to understand.
