    I have used Prime Green Solutions for several years and in the past have done a pretty good job. Unfortunately, on the last job they did was not only not up to their normal standards, but a total shoddy job. And worst of all, they would not come a fix the shoddy ans sloppy job his works did. I felt robbed. I can no longer recommend them for anything. Now have to hire a different company to come out, rip out what they did and do it all over again.

    Very disappointed with the service. It took nearly two weeks to get the initial visit, and I was not given much notice before the technician arrived. The technician replaced a fuse, but the issue returned within a couple of days. No additional troubleshooting or testing appeared to be performed to identify the root cause of the problem. After reporting the issue again, I was told another visit would be required and that I would be charged for it. I then waited another week and a half before hearing back from the company, only to be told that a technician would be coming today. Unfortunately, I

    I highly recommend Prime Green Solution! From start to finish, I’ve been extremely impressed with their professionalism, responsibility, and customer service. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They answer the phone every time, and what really impressed me is that they are even available after regular business hours whenever you need assistance. It’s clear that they truly care about their customers and stand behind their work. It’s not easy to find a company that provides this level of service and reliability.     Ibrahim Saqr is the best. From the moment we started the installation process he was incredibly helpful, especially when we ran into some unexpected hiccups with Duke connecting us. Those issues could have turned into a real headache, but …

    The best service ever. In Orlando its really hard to find service quick and good at all (applied to all industries), these guys were really quick, highest quality and affordable. Thank you!
