Purelight Power

Each mark is one company we hold in Kentucky whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Purelight Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Their filing bankruptcy. STAY AWAY!!! We had panels installed and now we can't get any service on them to get them up and running. Biggest JOKE I've EVER seen!!!

Purelight power is an absolutely terrible company! We hired them to install solar panels on our roof, which was done quickly, but in the wrong places where we agreed to place them. They said they could not fix their mistake because they have now drilled holes into our roof and they had to stay there. They offered ONE free panel to make up for their mistake but then we had to buy 2 more because 3 have to be installed together to get the same amount of power we originally agreed upon. Since then, they never connected the panels to the Tesla app correctly and have been showing no productivity in

If I could give a 0 star review, I would! We started with solgen, before they were acquired by purelight, back in '21 and it took three years to "complete" our project. We had one saving grace in a project manager who did everything they could to drive the process forward, but they are no longer employed by purelight and so we no longer have an advocate. The work is still not fully completed, purelight has left damage on our external foundation (where they had to replace our power meter) and has yet to be fixed. We've also been trying to get some shingles that were damaged during the panel ins

Support was a huge help. Made sure that I could login and understand the environment before we ended the call. Thanks for the help.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions financing, warranty and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on ConsumerAffairs. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Pinterest, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
