james sold me my initial system and a second system which we were happy. Then it went downhill. We gave him a referral and never got the credit as promised.. Then on second install he said he was going to pay the 7 months of payments and never did. We have reached out through emails and numerous phone calls and he does not respond or made a false promise. That to me and my family is bad business and never refer anyone to him.

I was contacted by “the owner, James” who assumed I was another person and shared with me an image of the intended persons house along with the address, phone number, and power bill and other info. I find this negligence gross and embarrassing. Private info should not be shared so freely especially in this day and age. When told they have the wrong number and expressed how they shouldn’t handle information this way they sent me the email with a LIST of info and got an attitude with me. I hope the “owner” learns from their mistake and handles information more carefully in the future. Update: I

James was very kind and straight forward to both my husband and I when we decided to switch to solar. He was very attentive and responded to every question we may had during this entire process. Thanks to James, my husband and I are very satisfied with the service provided, and even saved a lot of money from our installed solar panels.

Can’t say enough about James, Interconnect Electric, the install team and the whole process. It was lightning fast, clean and efficient. It was less than a month from our first meeting to completion. James answered all our questions and gave us time to decide. Everything he said happened exactly like he said it would and faster than I ever thought possible. Jeanine from the office called often and kept us informed of the progress of permitting and inspections. Highly recommend this company.

Fairmont WV recently worked with James and his team to install a rather large solar system. Extremely happy and the price was aggressive, thanks James.. system was installed quickly

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Elkridge is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
