    After detaching my solar panels to install a new roof, my original install company ghosted me and my panels sat on the ground for months... Thankfully, I ran across Nathan at Smart Power Solutions. He communicated extremely well, which is huge for me. The crew was out quick and re installed my system which wasn't even theirs. Nathan took the time to explain to me how the system works, which my original installers didn't even bother to do. 10/10 customer service for Nathan and Smart Power Solutions.

    I used Francisco and Nathan on my solar journey in June 2023. The installation too a little over a day for my 20 panels. The inspection by the City of Tulsa and PSO took a little longer because of that Father’s Day storm, but once it was functional for a full month I didn’t receive a bill from PSO until April 2025 (and it was 4 cents). Turns out I got a bill because my production was zero for a couple of months due to a squirrel chewing up a wire on a panel. Francisco and Nathan were Johnny on the spot to fix the wire and I am back up and generating. Both Francisco and Nathan kept me in the lo

    Incredible service. They were kind explained the problem, possible solutions and helped me find a cost affordable solution. Would recommend Justin and or Nathan from Smart Power Solutions for any home electric issues.
