Its one and two star share is 5 points below the typical installer in Arizona. Across Arizona, 172 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

About 10 days ago, we contacted Dave to discuss an issue with our solar monitoring system. Our unit was out of warranty and the company we used wanted to charge a visit fee. Dave came recommended from someone on our local Nextdoor. He listened to our concerns and took a look at our monitoring information. With this information, he was able to determine that something was not connected correctly when a repair was made last year, making this an issue that our solar company needed to fix. Not only did David save us a service fee, but he also promptly answered all of our questions and was able to

This contact has been the best referral I have ever received. The education I gained plus the helped I received was invaluable. The kindness and caring helped us receive resolution to a problem with our solar that was created by the company that created the problem in the first place. This company has my undivided appreciation.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Litchfield Park is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
