Its one and two star share is 10 points above the typical installer in Long Branch. Across New Jersey, 51 of the 237 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Long Branch whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Solar Mite Solutions is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

3 days installation turned into 6 weeks. Also they don't answer calls. Also there supose sign you up for battery rebate & ameren plane & dont. So make sure you have them do that cause you cant get ahold of them after they leave. Also the electric company is charging me for the electric i produce so my electric bill got higher. Can't resolve the problem cause they don't answer there phone calls. Also when you do get ahold of someone they tell you call this person at a certain time & they don't answer. I would definitely go with different installation company

NRG is no longer servicing solar panels, so they gave us Solarmite, they quoted us one price $300. and the amount when completed was $400. as we needed the system taken off the electric box white we had a house generator installed and then reconnected. the work was quality the price was problem as that changed upon completion.

Solar Mite Solutions was a great company to work with. Chris and his team communicated with me through every step of the process, from the new roof they installed to the panels themselves. They worked around my schedule and were flexible when they could be. They made the process easy and the new roof has a 30 year warranty and looks amazing. The panels are sleek and actually look really good on the roof. I highly recommend them if your looking for a solid company to install your solar.

I purchased a solar system from Sungevity/Solar Sectrum out of California who contracted with Solar Mite Solutions to install and maintain the system. Thank God for Solar Mite Solutions! They are a great company to deal with and really do have your best interest at heart. Recently I've been having issues with my system and have been working closely with Kathy Esposito, who has been a Godsend. I was so worried that after shelling out thousands of dollars for a system that it would be problematic and a pain to deal with. Luckily it was having issues due to squirrels who built a nest under one of

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Long Branch is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
