    Cannot reach anyone at solarsam. They do not trust their customer well. I need repairs to my system. They do not return calls.

    They never return there calls let alone answer there phones. I tried for over a week to contact them many different ways and nothing. Even numbers I was given to call was magically disconnected and is no longer in service. Do I want my solar panels? Yes I do but I'm not one to play games so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I called the bank and pulled my loan so I ain't stuck paying a monthly bill for panels I don't even have.

    They installed a ground mounted unit for me last year & did a great job. Great communication & great work at the time. The low score is similar to what you are reading on these other reviews, the recent communication or lack thereof. I was told they would send us the needed tax forms for the Federal Tax Rebate & I have reached out multiple times since January to get an ETA but no response. --I emailed my main contacts, no response --Left several voicemails on their main phone #, no response. I can't recommend a solar company that cannot send a single email or return a call after the work is co

    Powerwall 3 needed to be replaced. They took care of everything with Tesla and the RMA process. Awesome work got my system back online and couldn’t be happier.

    I am a real estate agent that represents a seller who installed one of their systems 3 years ago. I called the number on the paperwork and Ches answered immediately. He was super kind and spent 10 minutes explaining the details of the system on my clients home in layman's terms. I very much appreciate his taking the call and spending the time.
