Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in the Converse area. Across Texas, 399 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Converse area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. StarPoint Group is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Our home's metal roof destroyed in bad storm. Among several bidders we found StarPoint Group super responsive, competitive and their work turned out to be absolutely sound and beautiful. Beautiful !! Their carpentry crew also rebuilt out well house that got soundly trashed. Their work there also beautiful. Great customer Service. Wish there were 7 stars to click. Do not hesitate. In addition, while demoing the old roof and then rebuilding new roof, they did not step on, or damage, any of wife's many garden plants.. Hero medal! You could not tell they had ever been there. In regard to the hail damage I had in May of this year. I suffered major hail damage to my roof, gutters, and windows. The Insurance claim was very confusing. When I met Bobby Kaderka with Starpoint Group, he helped me through the entire ordeal. He was my General Contractor, and he took care of the complete job. He did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend him for any of your future storm damage.

Bobby is hands down the best person I’ve worked with through any insurance claim I’ve had to file. One of the most knowledgeable people you’ll find on the process, open and honest, incredibly responsive, absolute pleasure to work with, and my roof and gutters look amazing! Best experience I could ask for through what is typically a nightmare.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“design Solar battery storage systems Financing options & incentives Insurance Claims…”

  • Warranty

“possible. Long-Term Performance & Warranty Having both services under one roof…”

  • 24/7 availability

“seamless and stress-free for you. 24/7 Support : Our dedicated support team…”

  • Established

“in solar removals and reinstall since 2017. Your Local solar company understands…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
