Started the process with them a year and a half ago and they installed solar panels on our roof a year ago and they still aren't turned on. Just got off the phone with them, they said the lessor is defaulted and we won't be able to do anything and probably won't have our solar panels turned on until middle of the year... save yourself the trouble GO TO A DIFFERENT SOLAR COMPANY. I wish we did. We have been paying for electricity full price and we are so sick of this company and their utter lack of compassion or communication whatsoever!!!!!!!

Submitted an application for a consultation, spoke to someone and scheduled a representative to come out, was bombarded with appointment reminders, and others who were also trying to schedule a consultation after already scheduling one, all for them to no call, no show on the date. Such a waste of my time

I’m writing this review about three years after my install. The initial meeting and install gets six stars. They went above and beyond with my roof replacement and solar install and completed everything well ahead of schedule. Everyone I worked with, every step of the way, was fantastic. I had to reach out almost a year later for tax info and they were fantastic again. Recently, a small part of my system was damaged in a storm. I was unable to reach them. They would not return my calls or emails after my initial contact to report the problem. I contacted Enphase (the panel company) directly an

I worked with Pete to coordinate a deck that I needed redone and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results. Pete found the team to do the job so quickly and the deck was done within a week. I decided to use Trex which I had no education about and Pete worked with me to educate me on deck materials, colors, styles etc. he was so patient, responsive and kind. Extremely professional. I highly recommend using Pete to find workers and materials if you want a job done quickly and well.

Entire process very professional, from our salesman (Ben), to the roofing company & finally installation team. Had systems installed on my and my new husband's homes. They were respectful of both us and our home. Had training today on enphase monitoring system and program is very easy to understand. Just can't seem to get needed documentation from Goodleap (leasing company) to share with potential buyers. Would appreciate a call or email detailing how to get this.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“of solar installation services . With over 50 years of combined industry experience, our…”
  • Insured

“in the USA.  Fully Licensed and Insured Roofing is considered one of the most…”
  • Licensed

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp, ConsumerAffairs and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
