Its one and two star share is 6 points above the typical installer in Savannah. Across Georgia, 25 of the 80 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 8 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Weak communication. Been trying for two months to address an issue with my installed system and can't get a moment of attention. Had several similar issues throughout the original installation.

super happy with my installation. we choose to get two batteries and even though the system is not turned on yet we are already receiving savings, thanks to that battery. we didnt have to take out a loan or buy any equipment. sounded too good to be true but after comparing side by side my current cost with georgia power plus the cost of a generac compared to what lightreach had to offer with the batteries it was a no brainer. very happy with the customer service Ilia and Erica have provided. will recommend them to everyone.

Exceptional service and easy process. Knowledgeable reps that keep you in the loop

Fantastic results. Loved the experience. Best part was getting my first negative bill zero dollars to Georgia Power. Michelle and Erica took care of everything. I didn’t have to do a thing and didn’t have to spend a dollar to lower my bills. Plus they help get a retiree credit on top of my savings. Absolutely amazing experience.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
