Its one and two star share is 5 points below the typical installer in New Mexico. Across New Mexico, 44 of the 65 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 123 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

Incredible service and knowledge. Obed and Walter were extremely helpful with us when it came to installing our solar system in Las Cruces. I highly recommend them.

My family was introduced to Carlos one afternoon and just from the warmth he brought showed them he was confident with what him and his team could do! They went far and beyond even afterwards keeping in contact when needed! Definitely would recommend!!

As a customer, I can honestly say Santiago made the entire experience outstanding. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to make sure everything was handled the right way. You can tell he truly cares about doing a great job and helping people. Employees like Santiago make a lasting impression and are a big reason customers feel confident coming back.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“cost. See solar costs & $0-down financing options → Solar is the future—and your…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
