Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Minnesota. Across Minnesota, 35 of the 68 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 23 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

They did a great, professional job removing and reinstalling our solar panels during our reroofing project, and advised us to clean them before they installed them. They also addressed our concerns.

⸻ ★★★★★ Excellent experience with Sunny Side Solutions. We had previously signed a contract with another company that ultimately wasn’t capable of delivering on their agreement. Sunny Side stepped in seamlessly, handled everything professionally, and got the job done without missing a beat. We are extremely pleased with our solar system and the entire process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

If you want an electrician who knows his craft so well that he can detect—and is willing to notice—a hot wire on the other side of your circuit breaker panel, and leaves your home while you say to yourself, What a decent human being, Anthony’s your guy. He’s been here twice: once to work on an HVAC-related electrical issue (serendipitously he also solved an AC issue and discovered a sparking wire), once with a co-worker to follow up with a new installation and some preventive work. Each time, he left my house safer, more assessed, and more functional. His professional skills are excellent (cle

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“walk you through all available financing options to find a solution that fits your…”

  • Warranty

“work with a comprehensive workmanship warranty. Take the next step toward solar with…”

  • Free estimate

“fill out the form below to start your free quote There’s no obligation. Just honest…”

  • Licensed

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
