    The installation went fine, was fast and passed inspections. 23 panels installed. Unfortunately after state and local inspections, they failed to provide a certificate of completion to the Power Company, so the Net Meter has not been installed. It has been 31 days since it was completed and approved by the state and local inspectors. Still no Certificate of Completion, so the system sits idle on our roof.

    UPDATED: Very poor customer service and I still have an under performing panel that I was told almost a year ago that would be replaced. Needless to say, I still have the same under performing panel almost a year later and get lied to everytime I call about this issue. Sure this review hasn't helped me get it replaced either, but that shows how the company operates even further in my opinion instead of taking care of it's customers. Wish I could give 0 stars. I was actually hung up on by a customer service representative when I called, then was lied to when I called back and spoke to a differe

    very poor service. My panels with 5 years of installation, today produce less than 20% of the original production and less the 5% of the installed capacity. I have called on multiple occasions to request a review of the system but it has not been possible for them to attend to me. Today I am paying more than I paid before the panels.

    Good communication, great financing approach, fast, neat installation work (one day!). Cannot wait to have final utility inspection and turn the system on!

    Material was spilled on my carpet about a month ago and no one will return my call or help me in resolving the issue Update: They have fixed the carpet. If they had done it sooner I could have bumped it up to 5 stars. Everything else has been fine.

    Blue Raven worked quick to get permitting, HOA application, etc. My installation went well. The workers were all friendly and informative. The sales rep, Evan, was there every step of the way and I'll being sending all referrals his way!
