    Sunrun did a job at an adjacent property to ours. They arbitrarily decided to operate a crane on our private property (fenced in on fours sides and posted) without asking us if they could use our parking lot for their purposes. The crane was carrying a large load that had to be lifted onto a second story roof. There was no common courtesy request made by their staff and they took it upon themselves to force liability on our business so they could get their job done next door. When I called to complain-they simply told me to complete a form on their website-Not very professional.

    The guys out soliciting in my neighborhood are out after 8pm. They are very suspicious and the community I live in is a NO SOLICITING COMMUNITY. PLEASE RESPECT THAT AND STOP COMING UP IN RIVIERA WEST IN KELSEYVILLE. YOU ARE NOT WELCOME!!!

    Install was done on my house 10 years ago brand new. After 5 years the roof started leaking. During this time my husband was going through cancer treatment. We were unable to do anything about the roof. When we got to a point where we could address the roof we had somebody come out. The damage was due to poor install. Sunrun broke several tiles and used the cocking they used for install to put back my tiles. They refuse to make anything right saying my warranty was only 5 years. They ruined a roof that should have lasted 30 years. The only part of my roof that is damaged is where solar was ins

    The process started on September 16, 2024 with an inspection of my home. Installation of 14 panel system was completed on 1 day on November 14. Good quality job, quickly done, nice attention to detail and clean conduit runs between Tesla Battery and Electrical Panels. Inspection was scheduled for about a month later on December 17. City inspector found 3 things that needed to be retrofitted like running another ground wire and painting the conduit! Wow who cares? The City of Sunnyvale I guess. The corrections to the install were scheduled for January 23rd. This was delayed until Feb 18 and I c

    (Edited review). After months of trying to get Sunrun to come out and replace a broken inverter, they finally did it and repaired my system. The service department could use a bit more finding (they seem to be most concerned with sales), but I’m happy that they came back and the system is working.
