  We chose Sunwise based off of recommendations and our conversations with their sales agent who visited our home. We were initially impressed with the digital mockups and the responsiveness. However, very quickly, we saw an extreme 180 in communication and customer service as soon as we signed our contract. We were informed after weeks of silence that our original sales agent had been fired for sexual harassment - whether that's true or not remains to be determined. We found ourselves having to do the work for their team in contacting our township for status updates on permits. And when we fina

  Not happy with Sunwise at all. We didn't choose them, our solar salesman did. First, they bombarded my phone like crazy. Texting, calling and emailing all the time. The first time they came to install, it was pouring rain, the installers sat outside our house in their truck for half the day, they couldn't speak any English, and they stole 2 of our camping chairs from along our driveway. We called the company 3 times and they did end up returning the chairs when they came to install for real since they came when it was pouring rain the first time... Like 🙄 again, the installers couldn't speak

  As soon as they get you signed to a contract the customer service facade disappears. They massively overestimated the amount of energy that my system would produce. I am paying more for the panels than if I were just paying for the electricity at this point. The roofers did a half assed job. They used the wrong size drip edge which left 3 inch gaps of exposed wood along the entire roofline. There were gaps the size of my hand in the seam overlap where they had completely neglected to apply sealant. They damaged my skylight which caused it to leak and damage interior drywall, trim and lighting

  They did everything they said they would. I think it all hit accomplished in record time. Dealing with outside parties like a utility and a municipality was really fast. I recommend them highly!!!

  We’ve been doing business with sunwise energy for a few months now. Really nice people. Always pay on time. On top of their stuff with getting us the correct info and keeping good appointment times.
