The Solar Guys - Northeastern Wyoming

Each mark is one company we hold in Wyoming whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. The Solar Guys - Northeastern Wyoming is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I felt it started off great, then some miscommunications occurred that lead to my dissatisfaction.

I am so happy with the engineering that was done. Fast, efficient, cost was much more reasonable than other options. Communication was great. I’m in Washington state and it was stamped for my state. Thanks guys

I believe you often find out more about a person at the end of a relationship than at the beginning or during. I have to say Devon has been great to work with before, during, and especially after. He has followed up and made sure things were “right” even if they were out of his control. I have had a good experience working with him and would trust to work with him again in the future.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“is backed by a 25-year performance warranty for peace of mind and dependable…”

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Casper is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
