When we were shopping for solar, my husband repeatedly expressed that he did not want to deal with multiple companies if something ever went wrong. We actually passed on other solar companies for that very reason.   I chose Sunrun because I wanted to avoid exactly the situation I am dealing with today. Before signing, I received proposals from several solar companies. One of my biggest concerns was having multiple subcontractors involved and being left in the middle if something went wrong. I specifically chose Sunrun because of its reputation and because I believed they would stand behind the entire project.   Ronald Donelly is very responsible; he really takes care of you as a costumer, I got my solar panels around 5 years ago and I still keep in contact with him if I have any doubts or questions; when a problem shows up he is always there for me to guiding me and helping me if I need to contact the costumer service.
