Its one and two star share is 12 points above the typical installer in Louisiana. Across Louisiana, 13 of the 47 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 95 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Louisiana whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Tintman Solar Film formerly D & M Solar Film is the red one. Brow looked terrible. Asked to have it redone. Wouldn't do it. They didn't even clean the inside of my windshield. Truck smells like weed now. Went home and tore it off. Waste of $50.

Was instructed to wait 3-5 days to put windows down. Was told to come back if not satisfied. I called and set appointment to come back. Bubbles still in my window. The man was so rude talking about me in my face to the cashier talking about he ain’t put his car in the sun. Unprofessional. I’ll go somewhere else and pay for them to take this tint down. I’d rather not flash out so I wrote this review so other people can be aware. Thanks anyways Scott.

It’s really a shame I’ve been doing business with these companies since they were on Westgate more than 20 years ago. I’ve had probably 15 to 20 of my vehicles tended there and I made one phone call today and was completely rushed over the phone and before I could even finish asking a question was cut off three times in the conversation trying to tell me that’s not the right Tint it’s the point of the matter is I know what I’m doing I’ve done business with these people for many many years. I don’t want any extra Special help but I promise you one thing it will be respect and this company is no

If anyone is looking for someone to tint their car or house windows, I highly suggest the “Tint man”. I messaged them to get a quote. By Friday he came to get exact measurements and came to install Monday morning. My house windows look great and they are extremely professional. Highly recommend.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
