First of all they do not know how to treat a customer any concern you might encounter or issues with water heater Installation they will not fix it’s sad how this company only cares for making their money regardless if they are installing any appliances the appropriate and safe way for the customer. Safety of any home is priority any water heater Installation that’s is unsafe will cause problems to your home I do not recommend this company very bad experience also very rude very disrespectful to woman specially ..

Some of you in the reviews reach out to me. This company has been the worst mistake I have made in my life. I got lied to by the sales rep. I have 2 electric bills now. Holes in my ceiling that ruined my home, and they haven't gotten back yet. I urge you to stay away!

Do not use this company! I made the mistake of purchasing solar panels with this company in February of this year (2024). It is now mid July, and I am still waiting for the inspection. Due to the extreme length of the installation, instead of generating solar power that will offset my electric costs, I am now paying both my normal electric bill plus payments on a pretty much worthless solar system. When I call the company, I am consistently told there is no inspection date, there is nothing they can do, and there are no supervisors available to speak with. This is pretty much the definition of

Happy with my two water heater systems and my free A/C! At my house in Fillmore, the guys did an excellent job. Thanks, Titanium Power. Apply for the program, it's true, don't think twice!

What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Years in business
“solar water heaters can last for more than 20 years, whereas traditional gas and electric…”
Its website also mentions free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
